Trial described in Lancet. 2006 Sep 2;368(9538):855-63. Rheumatoid arthritis patients were treated with chaperonin 10, with a dose of 10 mg rCpn10 i.v. twice weekly for 56 days. Blood samples were collected before and after treatment.
